RETURN POLICY

Midcentury Images stands behind our products and your satisfaction is important to us. Returns and refunds depend on the type of product purchased.

DVD RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope you are happy with your DVD purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your DVD purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange within 30 days.

DVD RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@midcenturyimages.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label. All return shipping charges will be paid by us. Place the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number and mail your return to the following address:

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

DVD REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

T-SHIRTS, PRINTS, POSTERS, FRAMED PRINTS AND ALL PHYSICAL ARTWORK PRODUCTS RETURNS & REFUNDS

Physical artwork products are all custom made, unique and produced per order. Therefore returns, refunds or exchanges cannot be issued. Once an order has been sent to production you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. However, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error or printing issues, we may offer a replacement order free of charge.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS RETURNS & REFUNDS

Since digital goods are delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no returns or refunds. Digital download refund requests are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the original purchase.
